Paul is a development economist and senior aid administrator with over 35 years
experience in Asia, Africa and the Pacific. He works closely with Integrity
on evaluation and governance related projects, and recently headed the team reviewing Tiri’s Pro-Poor Integrity Programme. Paul spent 20 years as a senior UK civil servant at the Department for International Development (DFID) and has managed aid programmes in Africa and Asia. He helped establish the evaluation culture within DFID where he also undertook the evaluation of the Overseas Development Natural Resources Institute, a review of Multilateral Aid and a review of British Executive Service Overseas. He has particular experience in project design and evaluation and is a qualified workshop facilitator.
